The Break - First thoughts about the fellowship programme for women entrepreneurs

The Break is a fellowship programme for women entrepreneurs funded by the EU and executed by EOI and ran in partnership with Impact Hub.
The Escuelas Oficiales de Idiomas (EOI) (English: Official School of Languages) are a nation-wide network of publicly funded language schools in Spain. They are dedicated to the specialized teaching of modern languages. The EOIs are centers that are both funded and managed by the regional education authorities of the various Autonomous communities of Spain, and they are framed within the non-university special regime, which facilitates subsidized or grant-assisted access and support to suitable candidates. And they have a lot of programs, funded by the government and the EU and The Break is one of them.
Impact Hub is a coworking space and a community that focuses on entrepreneurship and innovation. They started their journey in 2005 and Today, are a global network of over 24,000 people driving change - made up of 100+ communities in 60+ countries across 5 continents.
Generally in terms of what I understand - EOI is leading the program of The Break legally and operationally they rely on Impact Hub for different activities as their partner (like organizing weekly webinars and our Madrid experience).
Locally when we go to our local communities, we have coordinators by other local organizations - mainly startup organizations or NGOs.
They have gathered women from all over the world, but living in the EU and from 1000 applications, 280 women were chosen to participate this year - 140 in October and 140 in November. We gather in Madrid for a welcome event and here are my first thoughts on the program.
