Let it be known that it was a huge mistake signing Jess as the permanent host. She can't read and is ignorant. As a 44 year old black woman, there needs to be balance to the show. There is no more righteousness with ratchetness. Who are we supposed to count on for balanced interviews? I Heart execs were fools for letting CTG bamboozle them into giving Jess the job. She simply isn't a good fit for radio...at least not this type of programming. It should have been Claudia, Lauren, or Mona. Not one of CTG's sisters who is clearly in over her head. Good to see that other people are waking up about this. This is coming from a BC fan since it started. I barely listen anymore

Yeah, I've been feeling like that too. I think that before she used to have a lot of pushback to Charlamagne...which is what we wanted in any guest host...and she did that, and was very entertaining at the same time. Nowadays, she still her natural funny self...but she dont give enough pushback when needed. She sometimes echos what he says...kinda sheepish in a way. Not saying she is 1, it just like...idk. It's just different. We just feel duped...cause we didn't get what we thought we wanted. Not saying she was my 1st, cause she wasn't....Claudia was, but she's a fool, that's why she didn't get the position. But it is what it is. Now we gotta deal with whatever we got. Lol. Mann

Because Jess doesn't have the general or basic knowledge on most subject matter and she has difficulty articulating simple thoughts....we're not even gonna get into the 5th grade level reading and overall ignorance....but the worse part is, despite all the shortcomings, she's not making a strong enough effort to improve and develop herself in these areas. She is content with just continuing to 'Wing it'....and this is to the detriment of the listeners....we deserve better! They should have hire Claudia Jordan or something!
