@Ghostnite4983 No, you're 100% correct. Sometimes there's "developers" that buy a bunch of land and copy and paste the same 2 or 3 houses on it to make a neighborhood and sell them all.

I feel like FPS would probably overestimate how many American homes look similar if he’s going off media. Very very occasionally there’ll be a development where a lot of homes are obviously nearly identical. But in general you usually don’t see homes with that similar of plans/layout right next to each other. There are a lot of methods to sneak in identical homes in neighborhoods like the modular homes you can just buy a certain plan but you’d never see them next to each other

As an American it depends on location. The existence of homeowner associations can allow neighborhoods and communities to legally dictate the design your house is allowed to have enforced by local laws and statutes. So the HOA can basically tell you what interior design you're legally required to have and what personal design freedom you're permitted.

22:45 you should check out snowfall , its about these kids in the hood that start selling drugs to make it in life and help their people out, and then theres a lot of conflict even between families, and its a pretty lengthy show to its like 7 or something seasons. the main character is actually British to and itll probably take you a second to figure out who im talking about because his acting is just so good

As an American, it really comes down to the kind of subdivision of houses and contractors that builds them (they’re kind of cheap when it comes to designs so they reuse them often, that’s why most k-12 schools look identical).

If you are in a city most houses are built on a set floor plan of model homes. You have like 4-5 different models that they sell, they build them, you walk through them, they include usually all options or alterations you can pay for and when you purchase a floor plan you choose a lot on their allocated space. Typically a few blocks. 300 houses at the most. These are called track homes. If you go and just buy land somewhere you can build whatever house you want. If you live in an older area the homes were custom built typically up until the 70s - 80s. After that in the US track homes have taken over. Layout plans can be flipped horizontally and after the houses are built you can modify them as your family or housing needs change.

Your house is directly inverted from your neighbours, and identical to your neighbour-but-one's house... As a contractor and joiner, it was really handy to realise that if the ceiling on a bathroom was built poorly at Number 15, chances are, every other odd number in that street has similar problems. yeah you can switch every gun (if they have the ability to) from semi to burst and fully auto in mwIII. a great example of this is the an94 which when you switch it will only fire in 2rd hyperburst
