I really relate to this. I just turned 21 and realized that I've spent the last 3 years not being myself and that's taken it's toll. It really makes you realize that you Need people in your life that grow with you, and are supportive of you and who you want to be. If you change, you have to be fair to yourself and let those people go, so that you can grow. I think being young so it's hard and confusing but hopefully one day, it'll all make sense and you'll see all the good that came of it. You're so strong Cachi, and you're gonna go so far I know it!!! I was with my ex from 15 to 20 and I can understand the feeling of losing who you are and being unhappy. But you love the person so much but you need to put yourself first. Miku Chan so sorry to hear this girl. I just went through a breakup myself and although it was my decision to break up, it was still such a painful process to go through. It was so bad that I almost texted him with the intentions of getting back together (even though I KNEW it wasn’t going to work out again, I was just looking to fill that void). I ultimately never texted him and I’m sooo glad I didn’t. Break ups are extremely difficult to go through but please believe me when I say that this pain that you feel will NOT last forever. Once you get through the dark, you literally see the light and start to understand why the relationship didn’t work out and it’s usually for the best. I agree. I literally just seen the engagement video of them talking about it and it's so awkward. I am 31 years old so I been thru breaks ups and all but this engagement mostly how she is explaining everything, I think she really needed more time.
