Bremont was never "healthy growing". It just released bunches of unattractive expensive watches. It does not have a standout iconic design.

Nick and Giles have binned it and Bremonts been took over. It was a decent run, always liked their case designs and aviation stuff. 🥃

Shame Bremont has lost its identity that set it apart from the other luxury brands. Not sure Davide has been a change for the better Giles and Nick had built a niche brand which was instantly recognisable. This is just another watch IMHO. 🙁

Build a brand and then kill it by changing the iconic case and changing to the NATO logo. Yes 904 is much nicer in that its whiter but I just don't see how this is better than just about any generic diver on the market. Davide has done wonders at other companies but this is just too far.

Wonders? He ruined montblanc watches who are still recovering (every decision he ever made is being reversed even the logo), hyt went bankrupt under his care, and the clock has started on the countdown to bremont receivership with this absolutely indefensible "redesign".

I don't understand the choice of 0-15 minutes marking only on bezel. Also why use aluminium bezel instead of ceramic? I see nothing wrong with some generic dive watch design, but at the same time the merits of old Bremont design has also been removed. Case hardening? Trip-tick case? English made chronometer movement?

I’m reading these comments and I’m wondering, is it me? I think this is quite good and I think they are on the right path. I really don’t feel that the logo is any better or worse than Zenith Rolex patek or such, maybe the problem now is a lack of heritage, Well hang on a minute people are keen to queue up for hublot or even worse Richard Mille. this has been the year when people should acknowledge that Rolex just do not care about the little guy who cannot really afford to spend more than $5000 pounds euros ish on a watch.

@robert-vw3od I agree with you. I'm a fan of the new design... but then again, my Rolex No-Date sub is a favorite and timeless. This new Supermarine looks like Rolex and Glashutte Original had a baby, and that's a good thing in my opinion!

I don’t understand what’s happening here because the new watches are fantastic but you have very messed up price points and some type of identity crisis were clearly a lot of people do not like the new logo, despite people like me saying yeah that’s fine, there doesn’t seem to be a lot of talk about the actual watches. It’s alright seeing a video of some man going rock climbing. I would prefer talk about the watches.

I'm not sure about the hate. I absolutely love this watch in black 🖤. Somehow Bremont managed to use the ugliest green and blue possibly could. But maybe looks better in real. Nowhere near close to Breitling's new green regardless they obviously used their bracelet as an idea. Huge miss on colors.

These appear a step up in the looks department but they need to meld utility AND aesthetics instead of sacrificing toolwatchy-ness. Another dive watch on the market?? Look at the gap in the market for a lightweight automatic chronograph. Not alot under Breitling Avenger ceramic price of £7600 (i would be happier with titanium)And Breitling avoid luming numerals under that figure. Etc etc ad infinitum.....
