Agreed..homes are really cheap compared to the South Bay. And having all of your chain stores, fast dining, and fresh agriculture has really helped Brentwood boom.

I Can't wait to sell our house in texas to move to Brentwood. I think we can handle the summer heat lol . Our budget is 650 to 700 what neighborhood would you recommend. Thanks

If you're coming from Texas then you'll have no problems in Brentwood.. that's for sure :) - There's a few neighborhoods in the central part of Brentwood that are around that range. Let me know when you guys plan on coming out and I'll be happy to show you around. 👍

Update: I like Brentwood it’s basically Yerington NV but in CA. Calling it Bay Area is kind of pushing it tho.
