Im sorry to hear about your sciatica , i am going through the same thing and at my wits end like , this is summit like ive never had before , worst than childbirth ! its in my ankle today , i can only sit for about five minutes then i have to lie down the only thing the docter is giving me is codiene so im having that with solphadiene max . @@scotty634 Sooo sorry Scotty, for late reply. I honestly wasn't expecting one. So never looked. I'm the same with this pain thing. It got whereas I couldn't put my foot on the ground. Didn't even know the sciatic nerve went into your foot. Everyone is different, although I swore it was my hip. Apparently my pain is coming from my lower back "osteoarthritis" . So I got a referral to see a Physiotherapist. There are certain exercises they will give you that helps. I was getting there. Then 'Boom!' it's back. So too early days for me Scotty. To give you any real guidance. Some people get it once. Some twice, some never again. Some it's recurring. There's not a lot that pain killers can do. So if it because unbearable. Then there are injections they can give you. Sorry Danny C this is supposed to be YOUR channel Lol!
