I find that it would be nice to put same size boxes together. It looks good that way but unfortunately it makes impossible to group by theme. No wrong way to do it though. My method is to move boxes from one box to another from time to time. I don’t get more organized but I feel like I accomplished something

The bar should be the Brickitect Building Bar and you could have all of your bins around it like you had talked about and then you and Clark could sit at stools custom building. I dont know how practical that would be, but it would be cool. Good luck, make your Lego space what works for you. Can't wait to see it.

It’s funny cuz I’m actually starting a backlog. I have 13 sets still sealed since Christmas. I am doing this because I used to just build all my sets in like one day. But I have come to realize that I want to enjoy the sets more.

I suggest a file cabinet for all the letters and start doing separate videos for each set and work on them even while Clark is sleeping. I know you want to get threw the backlog till there is nothing left to it. You could also have themed videos. Like two or three sets of the same theme in one video till you’ve gotten threw the whole shelf of that theme. My son and I love your videos and I think your doing an amazing job. I’d love to send you some mail for mail time but haven’t found the address yet lol though I haven’t looked very hard to be honest (I’m pretty bad at that) but you two make me smile even when I’m having a bad day and make me wish I could start a Chanel as well but my son’s interests very and I’m absolutely terrible with computers lol

Store all back logs in a closet or something. Put all set numbers in a hat. Pull a number. That is the back log video for the day. A random mystery set.

Lego is supposed to be about being creative. Make it a creative space. Alter those shelving units so that they are 3 shelves high, two shelves deep and run them in to an L shape along that wall, and the corner and underneath the little window. Then put a worktop across them with a front and back lip to stop the pieces falling on the floor. As your backlog gets done, you can replace the space with boxes of bricks n pieces to make stuff with. I'm currently decluttering out non Lego stuff to make space for a building table myself. One day I will have a channel. But it will be mostly mocs, educational sets I'm going to design, and some vintage set reviews. ...and my grand plan is to have a blue track train running round the room on a shelf a foot from the ceiling (like the toyshop in my town used to have).

For your backlog wall Put the tables in the middle even 2 deep and on the left and right put tables in front of the shelves So you still have the look have the tables and not the clutter and the projector will be usable And if you look at a school supplier for tables the carry half wide tables

That star wars set far behind the Star Wars backlog from 2018 is General Grevious' combat speeder bike and Son of a biscuit, any of you Starwarsitecters realise how sweet that star wars backlog is!? For example that clone trooper battle pack is really neat (i dunno how to write it) and i want that set bcause im a starwarsitecter but those sell for high prices on bricklink, that 20th anniversary clone scout walker is also pretty neat with those minifigs and especially i want another of those sets bcause im building a moc where those clone troopers go and they are pretty expensive in bricklink.

My backlog is not as full as yours greg but it will stay full I am guessing since I want to move away from city stuff and superhero sets and stuff like that and do more creator expert sets. Right now I have 9 sets and a poly bag in my back log. Why have I not done the poly bag yet? I plan to do 2 builds a month when I finally do the space people pack from last year along with the space poly bag.

My suggestion is you start small(build all the 10$ sets for example)and when it gets boring you realize you defeated like half of the backlog! But I see why you wouldn't do it.It does get repetitive real fast, but considering you like all the sets there it probably wouldn't be that hard?
