These two hours will forever be engrained in my mind and go down as one of the most impactful, practical aids to digesting trauma for me. Thank you for sharing, Travis and Mark.

Another exceptional episode. Mark, thank you for your story, and the 4 step. I've been meaning to write some things out, and this will help. As soon as you started to talk about breathing, I could recognize that affect (being tight, or low and slow) through out every memory I could think of. I feel compelled to mention that you might be interested in reading of the horsemanship trainer Ray Hunt. I could see a lot of overlap. Travis, thank you for your story. We're just a few days away from it being 1 year since my Mom passed (the last time I cried). Dad passed 6 months ago, and I have just kept myself busy with work, estate, and day to day life, knowing that I will have an opportunity to process that will present itself. In your story, I was seeing my dad for the hospital scenes. I feel like I'm finally starting to process the last year.
