The Brightest Torch in Terraria is this... (Examining Torches in Terraria is like...)

Terraria 1.4 added something good... now you can stack torches up to 999, instead of that horrible 99. Finally, why did it took that long?... ok, that's not addition to the game, but there are things added in Terraria about torches, like biome torches. It is important that new luck systems and things like that are associated with torches. In this video, I explain some of it... probably not all of them.

Terraria is pretty dark game. Not because you demolish whatever you can, but it's because caves are too dark. Seriously. Do we need brightness slider, like in that 3D blocky game? I bet those won't help you either. Even worse if there's water... But you have torches to fight against those darkness, of course! Because Terraria is a survival game, you know? Every survival game must have torches, right?.. either on some wooden sticks or in flashlight form. Didn't know they were called "Torches" as well.
But of course, nothing is perfect, and so is Terraria's torch. It is... not really logical at all, but there's so many things that need some question, like Boreal wood lamp requiring some ice torch... Yes, that's some good one, gotta say. What about brightest torch in Terraria? Which is the brightest one? is it just ultrabright torch?... well, not actually.

Torches are really great for decorations , for lightning or... USED IN MARKING PLACES OR PATHS. That's what i do, to all these colorful torches, they are will-o'-the-wisps!

Actually, due to recent patch 1.4 bad torch luck was removed! That means that putting the wrong torches in the wrong biomes will never give you bad luck, it just won't give you extra good luck! Love the videos!

when merchant realizes you can turn normal torch into other torches for profit btw when I first played terraria a few years ago, I placed some pink torches inside my house to make it look good. That night, blood moon appeared and I thought its because of the torches.
