Oh dear. It does help if you listen to the whole thing and try to understand it. Parliament, as I explain, is the LEGAL sovereign - that is, it is the highest legal authority of in the UK (it writes the laws.) The People are the POLITICAL sovereign, that is we are the highest political authority in the country and the source of all political power. For completeness sake, I will mention that the government is the POLICY sovereign - that is they get to set the agenda and decide what to do. I hope this helps.
