First time going this year and it was incredible. Best moments were speaking to Michael Louca the head of Watson Bros and holding some of his guns and meeting Dave Walls the founder of Accuracy International and he wanted to speak to me about my shooting. On the 30metre range I shot the 1/4 inch steel circle 5 times in a row and never missed anything so he wanted me to get in contact with me to shoot some of his rifles at the tunnel shooting range for me. I'm only 14, so it was an incredible day!

Nice! In the US we have gun and knife shows every couple of months that are similar, at least here in Michigan. It's interesting to see what's similar and what's different. We don't really have any double rifles, I wish we did! Keep up the great content and I'll be watching, cheers!

Ha, I went back to the SGC stand to ogle over the 9mm display model they had @ 1:00 more than once. Slot is ready but I'm not sadly. It was especially enjoyable to see many guns I'm interested in but previously hadn't handled or even seen in person, though mostly just gutting to handle the once obtainable Glock chained up on the Army stand :( Great work mate!

Cool video, It's nice to see Mike on this but I was just watching a really old video of yours about shotgun cartridges and air gun pellets and you said that a box of your Eley pigeon was £53... It's crazy because in my local gun shop the only 28gram 20bore game load they had was £85 do a box of 250 and I thought that was good value but then again it was Eley VIP, anyway keep up the good work👍 Kind regards, Zac

Hi Sam did see you there but you were deep in conversation with Mike from MCQ and trying to film too, I thought I could catch up later with you but never did. Anyway bought a 20 ga Franchi Affinity as a second gun from Premier guns. It's only really a cheaper version of a Benelli but a nice little thing. Could have loaned it for a review if you didn't live so far away.

Are Lee Enfields still really common in UK? I mean it would make sense but there just seemed to be a ton in this video. In some regions of the US they're next to impossible to find...Now I know why.

Yes we have shitloads of Lee Enfields here of every type and quality. My club has quite a number of very rough 1960's examples that were given to them by the military from when the club used to be a army barracks. My friend Tom has a beautiful Mk1 SMLE it only cost him £600. You can get rough enfields for less than £200 though. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pWrOaolmi5J6otU

Converted to USD that's what they would have gone for a couple years ago. I got mine for around that price and I'm glad I did. They're solid rifles and for all their shortcomings they're still really cool.

I'm not sure where I saw it but I did see some .50 cal rounds for about £3 each which is still obviously expensive but I guess you would shoot many rounds a day anyway so it does show that you can get the rounds relatively cheap but then again the price of the gun is too much unless you're serious about doing the .50 cal shooting.

Way too many shotguns and tweeds, but other than that I really enjoyed it. Checked out some nice scopes. My FAC is hopefully only weeks away from being granted, so I'll soon need to smash the piggy bank :-)

I went on the sunday. For me it was a poor show. I'm in to practical shooting and there wasn't much at all. I can only guess traders wheren't prepared to pay stand fee's? I'm hoping the Northern show in May is going to be better?
