The bromance no one expected

Rudnik and my fiancé have a bond unlike anything I’ve seen.
When I first adopted Rudnik, he was very mistrusting of people, especially men. But when Rudnik met B, it was an immediate connection. He bonded to B in a way that even he and I hadn’t gotten to yet.
There was something about B that he gravitated to and immediately trusted.
B had never been around horses, he’d never ridden or really even cared about horses. So Rudnik has gladly taken on the role of teaching him all there is to know.
You can see it in the way Rudnik is with him, how gentle and cautious he is around B. He knows B is still learning so he’s extra careful with him, especially when they’re riding.
I have absolutely loved watching their bromance bloom, but I’m starting to think I may have lost my horse to my fiance 🥲

WHERE I USED TO VOLUNTEER BEFORE I BECAME A CEMT & LEARNED EVEN MORE, THAT RANCH WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THIS WAS DANGEROUS & RIDICULOUS. THIS IS MY WAY EVER SINCE I WAS A LITTLE GIRL RIDING BAREBACK & HELPING MILK COWS. HORSES ARE INTELLIGENT, INTUITIVE, GENTLE, LOVING GIANTS THAT DON'T KNOW THEIR SIZE. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS, & AM JUST WAITING TO HAVE A PLACE OF MY OWN TO WAKE UP TO THIS LIFE EVERY DAY. THIS MADE ME SMILE TO WATCH THE CONNECTION BETWEEN THEM 🙂🐴♥️, SO I THINK YOU FOUND A KEEPER 💍

Why has Rudnik been coughing? I glad you said he seems better. ❤

This is from last summer when He had a really bad equine virus - it was about 6 months before he fully recovered from the cough 😢

This could be worse, you could have lost Rudnik to a total stranger. At least he’s got this great connection with your fiancé. 😃

Right! I wouldn’t trade that for anything. I’ve also had the opposite where they were completely unsupportive of my horses and passion - to the point I lost my childhood heart horse because of them. So having B become so involved and connected to Rudnik has been a dream come true ♥️
