What's the Rates for Veterans with a VA Certificate? I know the PMI is dropped because of this. But the Mortgage goes up though. I grew up in Long Island City, and lived in Co-op City with my Wife when she lived there. She only had to pay the Co-op fee each Month. No Property Taxes with that. So anything for around $250,000 or under will be great.

Hi, we've just some had interest rate volatility, so I would definitely recommend speaking to a lender about where rates are now. I am happy to recommend a few different local lenders if you are looking for that. If you are looking for any specific type of homes for $250,000 or under, please let me know. My direct number is 917-254-2103, and I am always happy to help. Also, you can use my site to search for homes as well: www.justinsimmonsbronxhomes.com/homes-for-sale-search/

I appreciate you making this video. Too many videos about the Bronx just recommend the white areas or lean on that “dangerous” narrative. If I split rent with two or three roommates somewhere by the concourse, what should I expect in terms of rent?

Thanks for the feedback; I really appreciate it. How many bedrooms are you looking for in the apartment. A 1-bedroom could easily be around $1,750 and a 2-bedroom could be around $2,150.

Can I buy a rental property and still use lenders they will include financing for home and down payment?
@BronxHomes4 жыл бұрын
Hi, if you are buying a rental property that you will not live in, you can still get financing. Your loan terms will be different (e.g., higher down payment required, higher interest rates) than if you bought your own home to live in. It's uncommon to find a down payment assistance program for a property that is strictly for investment purposes. A lot of people buy multifamily homes and live in one of the units while renting out the others, so they can qualify for a lower down payment, better interest rate, and can be eligible for a lot of different down payment assistance programs. If you are interested in specific down payment ideas and programs, you can download the free guide I put together at www.homepricebronx.com. Please let me know if I answered your question.
Hi Carlos, yes, I do. If you have any questions or are interested in searching for a place or selling a property, please feel free to give me a call/text at 917.254.2103.
