My parents saw Chris when I was a kid. I didn't go, I couldn't get past how slow and musically uninteresting his version was. But as I've grown up it's grown on me. So much feeling. I love this version, captures the heart of the song, and adds in something more interesting musically, imo. Love it!

Funny thing is last week I had a root canal and my dr was playing the coolest music …this song (the original) was the second song that played while I was resting waiting for the anesthetic to take effect and it brought me back to some really happy memories with my husband when we were young …and I was totally calm through the procedure largely from the cool music that dr had chosen. 😄 Great song, great cover you guys!❤
