Thank you for all the support in 2022, it was full of ups and downs for me personally, but this channel and what we can achieve here never ceases to amaze me. Personally, I am in the process of being the best version of myself. Had very, very rough past couple months. I was at my rock bottom. I made a deal with myself to do the right things. Here I am 3 weeks into dieting and daily workout. I have been overweight. I will change that. I will not let anything to become an excuse anymore. Even on the day I feel like shit, I go workout in the gym. And I workout more that day because somehow I workout better that day. Its not easy at all. Life is tough, well so am I.
