What are some of the accountability mechanisms the ministry has instituted to ensure that funds are spent appropriately. The ministry of agriculture one of the oldest has the most entrenched beaucracy and corrupt systems. What has the Ministry done to clean up such beaucracy?

Mr Cham is so obsessed with this foreign voter thing, if he has any evidence he is a journalist let him investigate and at the same time the energy and the spirit that people have during presidential election is different from parliamentary and local elections. People vote differently, even in other countries their turnout for presidential elections and parliamentary elections and local elections are different.
