But integrity and honesty are very rare in our current generation so even if some of them are paid 1 billion they can still be corrupt and if you have principles and honest and content even if you're not paid you will be independent

The other part is what about prosecutors most especially the police if they are also not paid they can be bribe and will present proper cases that can prove to be prosecuted
