should have made it so the door opens outwards you would be amazed what that xtra room can be used for haha. looks dope gonna be some rolling tables that open up down the middle ? edit yes u are lol. i would lay a epovy primer on the osb and then epoxy the floor white. there is a gromau5 vid where he does it and shows how prob cost around the same but last and look better. unless these vids are behind and your done haha. then w.e shed still looks sick and gonna produce some fire

Trust me I wanted to. But a left handed outswing was a special order item. The problem I have is that when I open the door my neighbor can see right in so I did a swing in so it’s somewhat harder to see the tables and the girls from their living room. I didn’t even want to put the door where I did but it’s the only place that saved me space inside.

Build a small stand for your Rez’s that they both sit on. This will spread all your weight out horizontally. Unistrut 🤟🏼 and for flooring, I have heard from an old head that running C02 will make your flooring off gas and cause issues in the grow. Not sure I don’t have personal exp with that.

Man that building is gonna be tight. Are your floor joists 16” on center? I know you said there are 4x4s under the subfloor, but I’m curious exactly what your subfloor structure is. Also, as a flooring contractor, I would suggest an LVP product. There are some nearly waterproof products now that utilize both a full glue or floating installation option. Sheet vinyl is acceptable as well, I would just stay away from older felt/paper backed vinyl, I’d use the more modern solid fiber vinyl sheet.
@YellowPenguins3 жыл бұрын
Floor joists are 24 on center should have done 16 cause everything else is 16 on center. We went with a thick vinyl sheeting

That looks awesome dude with one exception…who the hell laid those electric cables?!? Admittedly I’m from the UK so it may be different but over here cables NEVER travel horizontally through a wall space! The cable runs around the room at the either floor or ceiling level and then gets to the outlet straight up or down. That way you know there’s never a live cable where you might want to drill a hole or whatever.
@chrispypsp3 жыл бұрын
In the US they get run horizontally
