If you have possession letter issued by builder in your favour then you have right over your flat to occupy else please contact builder or file FIR

@ODIAMUODIA Security Guard is doing his Job. Its definitely fault belongs to Land owner & Builer . Land owner should Sign agreement after analysing all ascept because your land may be in Risk. Builer had to Fulfill his commitment as Agreed in the contract. Else Land owner Should go to RERA Court & Enter in Premises wi5 Help of Police without creating any nuisance .

Noo we have not sold any flat Bcaz the flat has no BDA approval RERA registration and there is no completion certificate
