I go to Bulgaria often, one thing i noticed from day 1 is that Bulgarians are literally built different. Everyone, but especially men, have huge frames for their heights. Their hands, their wrists, very often comically overproportioned which translates directly into something like arm wrestling

we just train a lot ,there is nothing special... and we eat like A LOT , maybe that;s why most guys are heavyweight division and no skinny jeans chickens ,but its just lifestyle.
