I'm a sucker for eggs. What people do with bacon, I do with egg, puts it one everything: Ramen hot dogs, burgers, pastas, etc. Whatever being made, add eggs! And don't knock it until you try it. Something MIGHT look disgusting, but taste great. Sau rieng [durian], I run every time. Can't stand the smell. Grew up with it. Mam tom [shrimp paste] on the other hand, love it. Puts it on my bun rieu, every time.
