IGP..... ....there is medic bag in the game to heal your health bar (as long as they dont dissapear from the screen)(in this video you could have press '4' to have it)

one thing u should know.. when u kill the boss and start banishing, people will see where u are which is a given then secondly people can see u in the map when u pick up the token and lastly people can challenge u at the end of the extraction point which u wont be able to end the game unless u kill them

I would recommend going a couple rounds without going after the bounty at all. just go around killing the grunts and such, then extract. that way you can get some level into a hunter before you go after the bounty.
