All these problems compel me to advice. Use this place as storage. Rip out what you need from it to use in a new build, Would be much less on your pocket, time, and frustrations.

Jenna,it has great potential,,,just hard work and you can make it whatever you want it to be,,,buy a sprayer and do your own spraying for spiders and bugs ,,,I do remolding for a living so I know things can be fixed and added on to ,,a lot of work though,,,thanks for the up date ,,been watching since your first video,, have a blessed day woman 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

I just went to Western NC in June. Is practically Tenn. Now as a SoCal girl why not homestead in SC ? Closer to the beach for you.

HELLS NO!!!!! Tear that thing down and relocate a new cabin somewhere else on the property. That place looks like a money pit.
