I too am trying to change my lifestyle. After a year long process, i was recently diagnosed with a heart condition, and they say that some exercise will actually help with some of my symptoms. Obviously exercise is difficult for me and compounding with my introverness makes getting out hard, but i am trying to just get out more. Walking around is probably the best exercise for me right now and sticking to it is hard, but im determined to get better 😊
