Do you have strawberries? Bake this delicious cake for mom for Mother's Day and the whole family will enjoy this incredible strawberry cake with cream! So incredibly light and creamy! Simply delicious. This delicious cake with fruit and crumbles melts in your mouth, so delicious and moist!
✅ Ingredients / Recipe: (1 cup = 250 ml)

11:40 The choux pastry:
130 ml water (1/2 cup)
130 ml milk (1/2 cup)
60 g butter (1/3 cup)
2 pinches of salt
Bring to the boil
150 g flour (a little more than 1 cup)
Allow to cook gently for 4 minutes, stirring and turning the dough frequently.
Then let the choux pastry cool for about 15 minutes.
Add 4 eggs (medium to large) one at a time.
Now divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
Baking paper
Diameter of circle: 24 cm (9.5 inches)
We need 3 circles in total.
Now place the three pieces of dough onto each circle.

30 g butter (soft) (3 tablespoons)
30 g sugar (2 tablespoons)
1 pack of vanilla sugar
70 g flour (1/2 cup)
Now process into crumbles.
Spread the sprinkles on a circle.
TIP:
The diameter of this circle could be slightly smaller than the other two circles,
because the dough spreads a little more during baking due to the crumbles.
Bake at 190 °C (374 °F) for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

Now adjust the size of the circle with the sprinkles if necessary.
The diameter should not be larger than the other two circles.

500 g mascarpone (2 cups)
250 ml whipped cream (1 cup)
100 g icing sugar (a little less for sweet strawberries) 4/5 cup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Stir until the right consistency
The cake plates have now cooled down.
Spread half of the cream.
Apply the remaining cream.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
