WHAT IS A THETA STATE?

WHAT IS A RHTHM INDUCTION?

When the high pitch sound that turns into almost a yell creeps in at whatever time interval it is, it’ll sometimes trigger a lucid dream. Hi, may I also please request an upload where 174, 285, 369, 417, 528, 639, 741, 852, and 963 hz are playing in sequence? Maybe each can play for an equal short time and transition higher and higher by default, one after the other; so the video starts at 174 and ends at 963.
