My dear Sylvia 🤗😘😘😘😘, I am crying while i am watching this video. It's not because I think It's sad, but due to the fact that i have a similar story about my life. I was (.as we use to say) living in the auto-pilot for many years, and almost forgot who i am. I was taking care of everyone and everything and negleted myself completely, including my health. But one day i woke up at 6 in the morning feeling a terrible afliction that i don't even know how to describe. It was a mix of nausea whith the feeling that i was going to die. I tried to reach the toilet, but fainted and fell on the corredor before getting there. Even thoug, i continued my life as usual during the following week. But then , i felt exactly the same another night and i fainted again on the corredor. But this time i made a cut on a finger and there was blood all over my hands and pijamas. I had to go to the ER . They made me a few tests and medicated ,and said my blood pressure was dangerously low and i could have died. My GP prescribed me lots of medical exams, which results were a disaster. She said she didn't want to scare me but I should go to a cardiologist immediatly because my life was in danger. The cardiologist made me lots of exams too and he said they were terrible and he never saw a case like that in 40 years of his career as cardiologist. He prescribed me some medication and adviced me to be careful with what I eat and recomended some sport, like walking every day or something. When I left his office i cried like a baby and something hited my mind. I asked myself how was that possible and what was i doing to myself all these years. So i decided to make a huge turn about my life. I came back to sport and changed many things in my life. Now i feel a lot better ,not only about my health. I learned to love myself again. I changed a lot. My posture about life and my looks. I am 55 years now. But i am stronger and healthier than when i was on my twenties. And i came from a 38 size on clothes ,to a 34. I have the body that many girls on her twenties would love to have . Even my face. Most people get shocked when i tell them my age. They think that i am joking because they think i might be on my thirties...😂 I realized that came from inside me. My mind ,my new posture before life. And i was surprized too about you, because you said in one of your videos that you are 50 . But i could swear that you were on your thirties 😊. This is the result of your life changing. It's comming from your inside to the outside. You know, sometimes life ,God ,the Universe or what ever might be, forces us to make a turn in our lives when something is wrong. And i am glad it did ,despite your health problem .Otherwise we would not be able to enjoy your wonderful work because you were doing something different. 🥰 Some people use to say that God has misterious ways . I guess now i understand what that means. Thank you my dear Sylvia. I already admired you. But now i admire even more. 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘

So to me, it seems a lot of similarities there are And I also know deep down in my heart that one day I will live in Switzerland, just like you . Because this is my dream.
