Just change gates with waterfall or tea pot design if possible it can give you couple of inches for bumper clearance.👍🙏

Totally correct regarding encroachment and how it's better to be legal ...also I always notice alot of gap under your gates at the back and wonder about mice getting into your home ..why not consider an under door sealant..we get these here online in India.. its made from a foam like material and comes in lengths ..it keeps out mice and dust just need to order correct sizes and slip them underneath the door Frames ..it opens and shuts with the door and discourages rodents..

@papazaid it's called under door dust protector ..it's easy to use just slide it under if the gate is larger than the length you can get many lengths and put two under each adjusting along the way as it can be cut to size ..we've put it under all our doors it's easy ..hope you get it in Pakistan ..mostly likely imported from China here in India
