Kitsa probably has a cost because in the same set is Valley Floodcaller which would untap Kitsa every time you cast a spell.

Otter is better then you think, you can copy your second spell since it triggers prowess before it resolves, meaning your second spell is copied for only 2 mana

Most people don't watch for the deck, they are repetitive decks that only work because he records tons of game in the lowest ranks where he can get away with it.
