I would also add that “usually” (not always) some big companies (faang) care more about your thinking process as dev, does not matter the specifics like the language or specific frameworks, and small companies or startups they care in specific stuff like know the technology that they are currently using. Great video.

Really liked the content, specially negotiation section (that would be a good topic for a whole video) and code-challenge advices.
