The Caring Heart of Divine Mother | How-to-Live Talk With Meditation

For this talk for Mother’s Day, Self-Realization Fellowship nun Sister Nandini shares wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on the aspect of God as the ever-compassionate Divine Mother, whose heart always embraces humanity with the greatest of concern and love. “God as Divine Mother ever watches over Her human children,” Paramahansaji has said, “peeping through the caring hearts of all true mothers.”
This talk, recorded at the SRF International Headquarters in Los Angeles, illustrates how we all can have a personal connection with the Divine Mother who protects and cherishes us as we progress on the spiritual path.
In her talk, Sister Nandini shares that “In the Self-Realization Fellowship Lessons, our founder, Paramahansa Yogananda gave ‘how-to-live’ principles and the science of Kriya Yoga meditation so that each of us can develop a personal relationship with God - one that's very real, where we feel Divine Mother's love for us, her caring and understanding. And at the same time, we grow to express a caring heart.”

Seeing Sr. Nandini’s character arc from an atheist to a nun in our monastic order fascinates me. Oh how beautiful changes are on this path to the Lord. ❤ also my mom is out of town for business and I miss her very much, so thank you Guruji for sending this talk my way kinda like a balm to my soul that Divine mother watches every desire of my heart ❤
