Finally someone!! I don’t hate their colllabs, I actually like the J3s a lot, they are different but very minimal. And that can be said for most of their collabs, minus different. The Jordan 1s are literally like any other Jordan 1 but with a Fragment logo and I don’t get the hype. They are not bad, far from it. But $5000+ good? No.

I would agree, but fragment’s brand and mantra is all about minimalism so it makes sense that their collabs with other brands reflect that. But other Nike collabs are definitely lazy lol

These shoes deserve a 10/10 such a perfect classic colorway, those og gum bottoms, amazing attention to details, the story telling behind it! (Tear away shoes like torn carpets some would tear away as kids) and I like that nod to the blazer adding that suede strip above the midsole to give it an oldschool kiss of flavor.

Loved these the second I saw them! The SK-8 shop I helped manage, shut down dec 31st 2019. rent was raised by almost 30% & we were already paying $100K a month. Every business around us was a chain, upscale but still sk8'd beat when we had the traffic light. As an employee , we all got at least 2 pairs of Collabs or limited. I wasn't gonna pay my plug , what he was asking because he paid high . So I saw $550-$600 for sz 11, and that was when SB highs were still less than lows dropping . Except when highs were the OG's and they rebooted them in lows yrs later. I never felt the $ was right but I just found a stock X pair for $225 , no tax, and $30 off promo code , I never thought they'd go under $375 .

After a week of wear mine still look new after a quick wipe. Definately put repellant on them. The leather is 100% amazing. Only light crows feet after 7 days. But we need that foamer LIFE TEST ON THESE. Gotta serve it up 🙏 I noticed that the borders can also be clipped to give nice yellow edges.

Great review! I totally agree on Carpet Company putting their all into a collab shoe. While this shoe was moderately hyped, I couldn't imagine what it woulda been like if they had done this concept on a SB low model instead. Nonetheless, a well crafted SB high that will surely gain more appreciation over time!

Rarely pay resale but these were too damn good. Surprised by the soft leather on these. Design is crazy and no pairs blue tear always are the same. Pretty good quality for a shoe out of Vietnam. Had to get them before reps came out. Easily the sb sneaker of the year. Maybe even shoe of the year. People going regret not picking these up when they go up in a few months.
