Right on -The GrayZone journalist Max Blumenthal, in the audience, asks an excellent question off-camera at 1:12:50 while making a couple terrific pro-Assange statements. Joe Lauria of Consortium News Poses a question at 1:20:20. Good thing Barry Pollack was there as he made watching this worthwhile. This case is American Stonewalling and Steamrolling at its finest and I hope the prosecution goes down in flames. Julian Assange should be home with his family tonight.

There are chat logs of JA telling Manning he asked someone to hack a list of specific documents from ".is parliament". JA knew the subject of these requests was Siggi, because he mentioned he talked about this source at a public event (IMMI) in that same chat to Manning. He is explicit in this chat about the exact context in which he talks about the source. Public records of that event confirm this--he named Siggi directly. They don't need to rely on Siggi's testimony... they can just use it to back up what JA already admitted to, to Manning, in a chat Siggi did not have access to. They don't even have to call Siggi as a witness, because all of this is in chat logs but also on the public record.

The 'moderator' is appalling and seems to have been placed there to achieve an outcome. She cuts off speakers about to make important points, when the point will favour Assange, she denies they've answered a question when the answer favours Assange. Nitpicking and dubious the whole way through, not a reasonable rational discussion to arrive at truths. Your first amendment applies to Americans in America, not the worl

What does First Amendment have to do with this? Assange is a criminal and will spend rest of his life in prison.

04:40 "I really really would ask that we not disrupt the event tonight if there were some here who might be interested in doing that. If you do disrupt the event, we will kindly ask you to return to your seat and if you don't, we'll kindly ask you to leave, and if you don't well then it'll become this horrible unpleasant thing that none of us will like." The CIA is Married To The Mob. Julian Assange is awaiting extradition for non-extraditable offenses. There are 18 counts, but only 2 charges. 1. 18 USC Par. 793: Gathering, Transmitting or Losing Defense Information (17 counts) 2. 18 USC 1030 (Conspiracy) and 371 (Computer Fraud): Conspiracy To Commit Computer Intrusion (1 count) Conspiracy, because there was no hacking. All information was leaked by people with legal access to that information. 18 USC Paragraph *793* Gathering, Transmitting or Losing *Defense Information* is a crime against the state, also known as a political offense. 18 USC *1030* (Conspiracy) and *371* (Computer Fraud or Computer Intrusion - of *government computers* ) is a crime against the state or Political Offense. Political offenses are exempt from being the basis for an extradition. See: Extradition Treaty of 2007, Article 4, Section I. Treaty Series No. 13 (2007) Extradition Treaty between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of the United States of America with Exchange of Notes ARTICLE 4 Political and Military Offenses 1. *Extradition shall not be granted* if the offense for which extradition is requested is a *political offense* . 46:08 Sasha Ingber: "... when he was CIA Director Mike Pompeo said it's time to call out Wikileaks for what it really is. A non-state hostile intelligence service, often abetted by state actors like Russia." What if the future jury might have heard that? And that is why public statements of guilt by government officials is a Due Process Violation. And of course similar statements by Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden and John Bolton. See: (JUST SECURITY) Politically-Motivated Prosecutions Part I: Legal Obligations and Ethical Duties of Prosecutors And then there is... 46:27 Sasha Ingber: "Now this opened the door to other activity. According to El Pais, a private security company then spied on Julian Assange..." And recorded conversations between Julian Assange and his lawyers, which it then sent on to Stratfor/CIA/US State Department. Which is a Violation of Attorney Client Privilege, and makes everything that comes from it Fruit Of The Poisoned Tree. Google: abc assange robertson recorded

1:11:21 This is sickening that Mark Zaid thinks that killing first responders is not seen as a warcrime because they are "rescuing the enemy." So taking this logic if a group of random bystanders tried to help people who where gunned down by the military, with no prior knowledge of who shot them and who the victims were. Then it's okay in the eyes of the US government and to Mark Zaid to kill those innocent people because they can be seen as "rescuers to the enemy". That's OD evil.
