I think you should subtract it since we don’t include non-cash items in our cash budgets and depreciation is non- cash

It say 20 plus and we already have 100 so add your 20 to the 100 making 120 .If more less divides that’s why it’s 100/120 by the next month sales figure

But the 20% has been included in the sales figure already so if the sales figure is 100% then I think we should have deducted the 20% from the sales figures to get the purchases figure
