Sad and indicative of pathetic viewership unfortunately for the activity we all love and enjoy so much. Tournament fishing is dying a natural death because it simply makes an unwatchable tv product and is staffed by disingenuous pros who shill a bunch of garbage products that are mostly unhelpful or knockoffs of a better version. The state of the industry is terrible, and filled with guys who would rather lie about what they are doing to catch fish so they can hold on to the tiny bite they found (which will always change) rather than share openly the keys to their success. Poverty mindset all over the place. These guys should take a cue from some of the pioneers, rather than learning to be a better liar. Nothing heroic about the current lineup (except it seems the rookie class-who are bringing fresh energy to this tired old threadbare rag) Best of luck bassmaster (and every other tournament org out there shilling the garbage and catering to liars)
