In AoU there is a reference to Agents of SHELD Seson 2 Coulson giving ghe information of the Hydra base in Sokovia and about him giving the helicarrier to Fuery to help the Avengers by the end of the movie. In Civil War there are some references of the Inhumans. vision say that the number of power people increased EXPONENTIALLY and if they only count the movies Exponentially means so much for what we have in movies and when Falcon sees Spider Man he said something like Everyone have a gift now. Also in the Civil War promotiona campaing we can see a video of WHIH Newsfront from May 3rd 2016 mentioning the ATCU yes the ATCU and the Watchdogs... you want the TV characters to appear in the movies and a Cinematic zuniverse is not only about the characters appearing everywhere... Finally in Jessica Jones in the hospital some confused Jones and Cage with Inhumans and you have to think that in Homecoming will be at least some references to the "STREET HEROES"

+The Brains Behind The idiot! If you say that, you're just another one of the lazy people who didn't watch past season one. Season two and three match the quality of the Netflix shows (regarding writing, acting, special effects, CGI, action scenes), when not overcoming them. I agree Season One wasn't good, but seasons two and three prove AoS is definitely a show worthy of adapting Ghost Rider to TV.
