I am so excited for this album, I've already got it on pre-order! Cat Empire gave their farewell concert and first world-wide streaming event when my first child was 3 weeks old. We woke up at 3am to watch it live together, and he smiled for the first time while listening to the live stream in our nursery, in the dark, in the middle of the night, on the other side of the world from that live performance; I mourned the loss of my second pregnancy while attending my 1st live (and in person) Cat Empire concert in Portland, OR last November; and now this new album will be released just before the due date for my 2nd child due this upcoming March. I hope I can usher her into the world while listening to the Cat Empire's beautiful music!

I wish they wouldn't always go "whoo!" during the song - that's too much! It's a great song, and totally would've worked without the "whoos" ... Same in other recent Cat Empire songs
