I really like this honestly. Husk is my personal favorite character, and despite Alastor owning his soul I like the idea that they're kinda friends and business partners. But having this be how Husk learned he's also on a leash would be awesome. Not to mention Husk playing the sax while Alastor plays the piano together would feed all of the Hazbin fans

I can also see that later in show as Alastor begins to grow into the more obvious main antagonistic role in the show and as Husk maybe grows to be closer to Angel, Alastor could potentially threaten husk through Angel. Especially since I’m pretty it’s known that hukserdust is most likely canon. The whole threaten someone with their loved one as a weakness is pretty cliche but it’d be so interesting with alastor having husk on a leash and the hazbin gang not quite comprehending how bad that is for husk. As of now the gang hasn’t really mentioned husk’s situation or brought any attention to the nature of Alastor’s and husk’s deal/relationship, unlike with angel and Val atleast husk and Charlie are more aware of his abusive situation. Since husk is meant to parallel angel I hope the show delves into that, I hope Charlie begins to question Alastor. Like the hazbin cast’s been knowing that husk’s soul is owned by alastor and they haven’t bat an eye because that’s pretty common in hell but once they grow to be family with husk and they’re pretty close to that already it’s going to create issues when they know how often Alastor threatens husk. I think the husk vs Alastor plot may be in a much later season when Alastor becomes the main antagonist, no more playing nice, when he’s no longer on a leash. Like Charlie seems to care about Alastor but I feel like she doesn’t understand how afraid and restricted husk is due to Alastor. Once that fact is more known I think Angel, Charlie, Vaggie etc should be more wary of Alastor. Unless husk is threatened to keep it a secret that he’s being threatened. Yes Alastor is nice to nifty it might be because they struck a more mutual deal but as for husk as shown in episode 5 he’s essentially enslaved to alastor. So that dynamic being slowly revealed to the cast would be interesting. Same with angel’s abusive dynamic with Val, husk already knows about it and is pretty protective of Angel but doesn’t want to get too involved because he knows it’ll just be worse for Angel if he does that’s why he sadly couldn’t do much even with Cherri when Val smacked Angie at the club. I wonder with angel’s impulsiveness if he’ll be able to do the same when it comes to seeing Alastor threaten husk. God all these factors are gonna make the relationships between the cast so interesting. Not all of them are friends and for the ones who are they don’t fully know the capabilities of the other.

This is actually kinda sad. For a brief moment, it looked like Husk was ready to sympathize with Alastor for a bit. Unfortunately, Alastor's refusal to be seen as weak and vulnerable, especially in front of someone whose soul he owns, causes him to push away any sympathy or pity Husk might have felt for him.
