INTRODUCTION:
~ "Guarding the deposit of faith is the mission which the Lord has entrusted to His Church and which she fulfills in every age. The Second Vatican Ecumenical Council, which was opened 30 years ago by my predecessor Pope John XXIII, of happy memory, had as its intention and purpose to highlight the Church's apostolic and pastoral mission, and by making the truth of the Gospel shine forth, to lead all people to seek and receive Christ's love which surpasses all knowledge (cf. Eph 3:19)"...POPE JOHN PAUL II
~ Father John Corapi..."We are in need of Truth, Truth is light. You know you need light for life in this universe, if we were to extinguish the sun there will be no light, what would happen is life will cease to exist.
We need light for natural life; and we need the light of Truth for supernatural life. When lies begin to take the place of truth, when truth is called a lie, and lies were exulted as though they were the truth, an inversion of reality takes place. Things are turned upside down, good is evil and evil becomes good.
The Catechism of the Catholic Church is about light, it's about life, the life in Christ, and the teachings of Jesus Christ.
He said, 'If you are my disciples, you will obey my commandments, and then you will know the Truth and the Truth will set you free'..."

Fr. Corapi, Your teaching was profoundly instrumental in saving my soul and throwing me on my face but fore Our Lord Jesus Christ. Why did God make me? God made me to know Him, love Him and serve him in this world, and to be happy with Him in the next. My beloved childhood Catechism is 70 years old.

We need Fr. Corapi back in the light, as a person who suffers from addiction, he was such a help. The problem is we dont have enough of these Priests, and everyone is vital to the Catholic Church

What he says in the beginning of this is important. How can you love God with all your heart mind and soul if you don't want to be with him? You have to truly love Jesus. How do I do that? Follow the teachings of the Church, that's what she shows us how to do in this life, and prepare for the next. If you don't fully trust Holy Mother Church or Jesus, you can not love him. Because no one can love what they do not fully trust with all their heart. For a long time I would tell people how much I loved Jesus, but I was fooling myself. When times got bad and I was hurt... I would say Lord how could you do this to me and lose my trust. When you love him, you will never be lost again.
