I’ve listened to this song for years. On this day it’s never been more meaningful. Jesus is coming soon.

Wedding Music was written in July of 1986 for the wedding of Amy Reichler and Thomas Taylor. Amy was part of the Associational youth choir for Saline County, Missouri. The other men of the youth choir each contributed an idea for this song. We had sung the song Wedding Day written by Don and Claire Cloninger so we used some ideas from that theme. We sat at Mazzio"s Pizza in Marshall to put the song together. I was already married, so I started off writing the first line in French. Amelia Reichler wrote the second line. John Van Kampen wrote the next line in Sweitzendeutch. Ron Hobbs repeated the line in French. Tina Reisling wrote the next line in French. My brother David wrote the next line. Robert Anderson Jr. wrote the next verse. Melinda Marler. Victoria Taylor wrote the next line. The language switches to German. Russell Belamy wrote the next verse. The next was written by Michelle Swanson. The next line was written by Tina and Theresa Reichler. The next line was written by Michelle Gastineau. The chorus goes back into French. It was repeated by Brian Gilliam. The next line is repeated by Rev. Benjamin Teague Sr and Elisabeth Teague. Benjamin Teague Jr. and Brandy Teague repeated another thought. The next line was written by Ryan Davenport. Then the language switches to Italian. It was written by Richie Mullins.

This is not the cathedrals. It's the Mark Trammel Quartet. Great song and great singing though.

+Calvin Seymour Mark and Pat are there but Ernie and Scott are as well. Since George passed in 2005, they didn't have a Bass singer so they rotated between Pat, Matt Fouch and Paul Harkey. Now it is rotated between Matt, Paul and Randy Byrd the new Bass for MTQ. Scott moved to lead when he formed his group in hopes of one day doing reunion concerts. He made the change when Glen Payne passed away back in '99.
