Probably clarified on Patreon already, but if not: They both have the Snake-Snake Fruit. Sandersonia has Snake-Snake Fruit Model: Anaconda. Marigold has Snake-Snake Fruit Model: Salamander. For Zoan fruits, they usually have a broader range of "models" for specific fruits. We've already met two people with an Ox-Ox Fruit for example.
