Everybody is saying "The rockets shouldn't have even allowed them to get in a position to win." Which doesn't change the fact that Marcus Smart should be fined 25-30k for his double flop, late in the game. Also flops are technical fouls, so if the officiating was done correctly the rockets get 2 free throws instead of 2 turnovers.
