Sir, 1. EL at credit as on 31/12/2017 - 30 days 2. Balance of EL after crediting 15 days on 01/01/2018 - 45 days 3. No. of days of EXOL availed (01/01/2018 to 30/09/2018) - 273 days 4. Balance of EL after crediting 15 days on 01/07/2018 - 60 days 5. EL reduced for the period of 01/01/2018 to 30/06/2018 - 18 days 6. EL reduced for the period of 01/07/2018 to 30/09/2018 - 09 days 7. Balance EL after reduction after reduction of 27 days instead of 24 days - 33 days NOTE: - As per the Rule 27 (3) of Leave Rules, it is requested to give your opinion about which of the following condition is valid for the case mentioned above: (a) Reduction of 18 days of EL for the period of 01/01/2018 to 30/06/2018 and 09 days for the period of 01/07/2018 to 30/09/2018 (Total of 27 days for 273 days) OR (b) Reduction of 15 days of EL instead of 18 days for the period of 01/01/2018 to 30/06/2018, by ignoring the 3 days (As per condition of maximum of 15 days as per Rule 27(3) of Leave Rules) and 09 days for the period of 01/07/2018 to 30/09/2018 (Total of 24 days for 273 days). 1. LTC can be availed in CCL(new orders issued in 2020) 2. 300 days leave encashment is exclude from 60 days leave leave encashment of LTC. It is not included.

यदि 23/10/1989 से 31/12/1990 तक EOL ली गयी है और छुट्टी लेने के पहले वाला दिन 22/10/1989 Sunday था और छुट्टी के अन्तिम दिन के बाद वाला दिन 1/1/1991 को नववर्ष की छुट्टी थी और जिसमें 435 दिन की छुट्टी grant हुई है । Sir मुझपे claim आया है कि 22/10/1989 और 1/1/1990 को मेरे service में टूट है फिर इसी प्रकार की EOL मैनें 1/05/1999 से 15/05/1999 तक ली जिसमें छुट्टी लेने के पहले वाला दिन 30/04/1999 को बुद्ध पूर्णिमा था और छुट्टी के अन्तिम दिन के बाद वाला दिन 16/04/1999 को Sunday था जिसमें 15 दिन की छुट्टी grant हुई थी जिसके कारण 30/04/1999 और 16/05/1999 को service में टूट का claim मेरे पर अभी इतने सालों बाद आया है , sir service में टूट मानी जायेगी या नहीं मानी जायेगी ? अगर नहीं मानी जायेगी तो किस नियम के तहत । please sir बताईये।

HPL and ML are same thing. 02 HPL = 1ML. If you had no HPL in your account, then how you get ML from 16.06 to 22.06. 2019. This period could be considered as Leave not Due. Remaining leave Will be EL:07 and HPL:10

But mere adhikari mujhe MBBS doctor ka medical certificate lane ko keh rhe hain. Sir kya ye mandetoey hai ki MBBS doctor ka hi medical cwrtificate dena pdega. Grant of leave on medical certificate to Gazetted and non-Gazetted Government servants: 1[(1) An application for leave on medical certificate made by- (i) a Gazetted Government servant, shall be accompanied by a medical certificate in Form 3 given by a Central Government Health Service (CGHS) Doctor if such a Government servant is a CGHS beneficiary or by a Government Hospital or by an Authorized Medical Attendant if he is not a CGHS beneficiary; and by an Authorized Doctor of the private hospital recognized under CGHS/Central Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 1944, in case of hospitalization or indoor specialized treatment duly approved by Competent Authority in respect of any particular kind of disease like heart disease, cancer, etc., for the treatment of which the concerned hospital has been recognized by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare: Provided that the Gazetted Government servant who is a Central Government Health Service beneficiary, if at the time of illness, is away from CGHS area or proceeds on duty outside the Headquarters will produce Medical Certificate (MC) or Fitness Certificate (FC) in Form 3 and Form 5, as the case may be, given by an Authorized Medical Attendant; (ii) a non-Gazetted Government servant, shall be accompanied by a medical certificate Form 4 given by a CGHS Doctor if such a Government servant is a CGHS beneficiary or by Government Hospital or by an Authorized Medical Attendant if he is not a CGHS beneficiary; and by an Authorized Doctor of the private hospital, recognized under CGHS/Central Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 1944, in case of hospitalization or indoor specialized treatment duly approved by the Competent Authority in respect of particular kind of disease like heart disease, cancer, etc., for the treatment of which the concerned hospital has been recognized by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare: Provided that the non-Gazetted Government servant who is a CGHS beneficiary, if at the time of illness is away from CGHS area or proceeds on duty outside the Headquarters will produce M.C. or F.C. in Form 4 or 5, as the case may be, given by an Authorized Medical Attendant (AMA) or by Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) if there is no AMA available within a radius of 8 kilometers (kms) from his residence or place of temporary stay outside his Headquarters and also in the circumstances when he finds it difficult to obtain MC or FC from a CGHS Doctor or an Authorized Medical Attendant;

In that case you can provide certificate from authorized medical attendant (AMA) and if your residence is out of 8km radius from AMA, you can give certificate from RMP (registered medical practitioner) ab ye to koi bhi ho sakta bus registered ho so BHMS wala doctor de sakta hai.

Maternity Leave has nothing to do with Probation. Tell your Leave sanctioning authority that only EL / HPL / EoL/ study leave is not sanctioned during probation
