Its a tank that rarely gets the credit it deserves. Superb gun, and penetration for days, and a much better than advertised turret for hull down antics make this thing a much much tougher out than people realise.
The hull armour is horrible...so dont go brawling :) Just stay under the gun and press the button till your thumbs hurt ;)

Actually if you run gun rammer on the Ru 251, you'll have the same rate of fire as the centurion 1. But much much more DPM, because the Ru 251 had 225 alpha.

I saw a 4 tank kolobonov yesterday. My Super-P and a t-43 were all that was left after beating 2 meds on the flank, the rest of our heavies and TDs went town and got demolished, and barely did 400 damage combined. After taking out a t32 I got destroyed by the isu-152, so all that was left was the t-43, and he was down to his last 200HP brawling with a nearly full health kv-13. He got a couple good bounces and beat him, and then tired to hide from the other 4 tanks. Then he realized no one was shooting at him. They ALL went AFK figuring the game was over. He just drove around shooting everyone in the butt and ended up with a Mastery. Funniest thing I’ve seen in Blitz in a while.

I think this is very underrated. It ticks every box in being the best defensive medium in tier VIII. Sometimes I prefer this over T-44 because you don't need too much care in aiming and shooting since better penetration helps a lot.

I’m liking the idea of this line more and more. Just learning how to drive a Sherman properly, so I’m a bit of a way from even this tank yet, but I’m having this line. Mediums appeal to me more and more, and even though you repeatedly say words to the effect of “don’t just take my word for it, you might suck in this tank”, i share your tastes in tanks (more or less), and most of the time have done okay in the tanks you’ve enthused about.

That last battle made me think they really ought to introduce the Russian pt-76 light tank...no armor, weak gun, not particularly fast, BUT! It literally floats on water. Hahahahah! But, it will never happen.

I wouldn't mind the Centurion so much if it wasn't so bloody huge! It's heavy tank size with armor that just isn't that good. Also 190 damage per shot is just terrible when people are pushing 1500 health. Tough turret or not, that's still way too much time on target. It's also really hard to get it hull down because it's so huge. Some hills just aren't big enough.

Well the centurion is a pretty easy pushover when the amx 13-75 pens all 3 shots with ap and it is to easy to circle

Albin shrestha Dude check your stats , ru251 also has 10 degrees of gun depression . And about the fact that it is a HE magnet, its the fastest tank at tier 8 and also if u mean big alpha guns like Bl10 , then they can also HE pen a cent.( although not frontally, but again RU is a light tank).

This tanks turret has much more armor stat on the top turret than the heavy caernarvon and its not the fastest shot in tier 8 as I have at 15 with its fast gun it shoots a good bit faster and I think Caernarvonshire shoots faster too since I saw your video on it showing its reload as 4.5 sec as apposed to this tanks 4.7 or what ever it was. Would you consider taking this tank or the heavy bcus IMO seeing that stats says this ones better turret armor, slightly higher top speed and is smaller/harder to hit but slightly less ROF and less hull armor. I have already grinded the xp for the caern but have yet to grind the xp on comet so I'm not sure if I should go for this tank or the other and considering I absolutely hated almost all my time with comet so far all due to the horrible pen numbers am not sure the grinds really worth it. I have like 83% crew for comet but have grinded out the top gun and track but already had top engine somehow ( not sure which other tank had it) but I find the comet to not get to top speed fast enough and has worse turn speed than heavy tanks if played so its kind of hard to cod in currently. Is it bad to play comet somewhat like a light should I not try to cod?

Ursadon I dont completely hull down, if necessary I do spot, but the misconception of most players is that if you're an MT you automatically do scouting even though MT vary in their roles.

Bushka, you need to do a review on the very broken Isu-122s. 350 average alpha very 7.3 seconds! And good enough traverse to keep it competing against medium speed Meds. Armour is none but what do you expect from a Russian Td. Anyway. Try and do a review. Totally OP in terms of gun.

OhMySenpai definitely Pz. II. The only way to play he UE is to camp, if you push you just get rekt. If a tank is only good while camping, it’s a bad tank.
