Yuji is just Lazy Spoiled Man Child who got through the company through his mother's influence thus lacks common sense and good work ethics thus fumbling over and over again. So of course Yuji would be is disrespected and shamed as he did it first by prioritizing his food over a meeting and didn't even read the contract documents. *That's the proper way to end things with Yuji as the company didn't let him just walk away. They properly investigated and disgracefully discharged him thus He got a lot of liabilities and debt to pay for his mistake.

I know I'm a little late for this one. So, the only way they can make Sato look good is to create another character who is extremely incompetent and shouldn't even have a job. Sato took no time to ridicule and shame. The section manager in front of the client. Sato is not the hero. He is a lowlife character with no redeeming qualities. The only thing he does is chase skirts for clout and power. Not even the president is a hero here. He could have demoted the section manager months ago but keichi hid the actions of his supervisor until it was too late. The only way this is redeemable is for keichi, section manager and the president resign and go into poverty. Everyone, keichi is not a good person. He takes credit for everything when it goes well and then blames others when it doesn't. The lowest of the low, the weakest of the weak , that is who keichi is. And kudos to the voice actors.
