Yes it absolutely felt satisfying that the CEO ended up firing Rumi definitely father of the year right there 😂 and it's great that Kikuchi was able to stop Koki from quitting and help them realize that everyone in the office really did need him and hopefully that adorable goober realizes that she has feelings for him.😊

Aftermath: Rumi got a new job by recommendation from her father in a client company. However, her father gave her a warning: this was her last chance to prove him she has grown. However, upon arrival, she started doing the same thing again, picking on the guys and even girls she percieved as "dull" while trying to suck up to the good-looking guys. She tried to hit on a very handsome section chief by making very aggressive, unwanted advances. However, she was caught in the act by the section chief's wife when she went to visit him and deliver lunch. She knew her husband wasn't the kind of guy to hit on random girls, so she quickly chewed her and the rest of the department followed up. Her behavior was reported and she was demoted to a position where she had to deal with the strictest and least handsome supervisors. Months later, she quit. However, her father had heard about everything and he was now done with her. He told her she just used up her last chance and kicked her out of the house. She now has to work multiple menial part time jobs and live in a shabby apartment because the section chief's wife sued her for attempting to destroy her marriage and won.

Kikuchi saved the company with one outburst and one phonecall. Could you imagine if she hadn't forgotten her phone that night? He would have quit, the company would have struggled, the employees would have quuckly blamed the daughter, and the CEO would come back to a failing company. Putting your parent in a crappy returement home would have been much less vile than what the daughter was trying to do.

Short After story: after getting fired from the company by her own dad, Rumi returned to her parents house because without a job she couldn't live on her own but after doing nothing but sponge off her parents, the CEO and his wife finally got fed up with their daughter and they kicked Rumi out of the house. Now she's struggling financially because she left with a lot of debts on her backs and since she entered the company via her father's connections, she's having a tough time finding a job, unfortunately she took money from serious people and now she's running her life away from debt collectors. How long she'll bear it? No one knows. As for Kaido and Kikichi they started dating and a few months later moved together to a apartment. They're now living together and became partners in both business and private matters 💍🕍 Kudos for John Tague and Rebecca Danae in the VA's today happy Friday everyone! (P.s: if I mistook the female VA please someone else enlighten me)

Hey guys! I'm the Male VA for this story. Thanks for watching! Just cause a person in quiet or shy, doesn't mean they're incompetent. Some of the best workers out there are also the least social. You just have to work with them to open them up a bit. The Company knew Kaito was a hard worker, and they knew how invaluable he was. This is why Rumi's comments backfired on her. Now that they realize why he was quiet, I'm certain they will be working with him a lot more going forward. Shout-out to my Co-Star, Rebecca Danae, who delivered another fantastic performance. Great work! See ya!

I could understand deciding to quit after saying something within the company and it not being addressed but I honestly feel like MC was too quiet for his own good in this one. Luckily Kikuchi spoke up for him and the CEO and his co workers understood how much of an asset he was. Kikuchi was a sweetheart btw.

People like her don't learn their lessons easily. She's probably in for a hard time for a while first. Only time will tell if she can withdraw her head from her duffle bag. It was very heartwarming to see all the other employees including the CEO come talk to him and tell him how much he meant to them. Good job y'all.

i might be wrong here but i think this is the first time seeing this drawing style but i wanted to say a year ago called "Ran into my ex-wife, but then…" and rebecca comes back again from yesterday. 12:32 first time seeing this chibi head here. what a sweet episode. i liked how EVERYONE defended koki when he was about to quit because of the ceo's daughter, rumi, who kept badmouthing him just for his "gloomy" appearance. this feels like from also a year ago called "I never really stood out in the accounting office that was full of attractive people" mixed with this one on the same year called "My coworker stole my girlfriend and started bragging about it at a hostess club", 4 months ago called "My girlfriend asked me to move to the city with her, but then…" , 9 months ago called "This new woman started working at our company… But then…" and this one from once again, a year ago called "My boss's daughter hated my guts…but I bumped into her at a male host bar…". some of the characters look familiar for some odd reason.

I can relate to this guy. I dont talk much and have trouble talking to people at times, i also dont like to cause trouble or talk bad about people, but at times, people thinks badly about me even when i didnt do anything or say anything bad about them. When im trouble, i just tend to ignore it and try not to make a big deal out of it. I don't know if that is just me being kind or being a coward for not saying anything when I'm troubled.

You know its a good boss when they take good care of its employees professional and personally and didn't forget the contribution they make for the startup to be where they are now. The CEO didn't even hesitate to even fire his spoilt daughter just because she made everyone not just MC, uncomfortable because of her behavior. It was unacceptable for her just because she is the CEO's daughter but she was mistaken to think she'll get away with anything and her father made no exception for her. Seemed to me she didn't even apologize to Koki because of her arrogant pride, which probably what made her got fired by her father. Its so satisfying to see how the CEO got real mad at her for Koki and see how she got humbled by that harsh scolding. I bet she probably never seen her father got really angry because of her action. I don't want to judge how he does at home but he is definitely a good boss to have at the company. Everyone knows how important MC is to the team even though he rarely talks to anyone casually. Its a good thing Kikuchi was able to stop him from quitting or else this company would probably struggle unless they have a suitable replacement for him which probably cost more money than they need to. The CEO's daughter needs to know what's real life really is and she needs to stop thinking as the princess who could do anything they like just because of their "position". She needs to know that she is nothing more than just an employee.

Rumi really should have been careful with what she was saying. There was absolutely nothing wrong with, Koki Being quiet and not good at conversation. S some people are just like that. You have to be the one to lead them sometimes, because I understand going through similar experiences myself. I prefer someone to leave the conversation first and then I could follow along. Plus obviously thinking saying something like that in the workplace. This isn't school, this is the real world doing something like that only brings down the morale of everybody around you. Not to mention while he may have been quiet. He was also the most respected person there, as he always helped out everybody despite his quiet nature. And they all appreciated it, which is why the moment they heard he was going to quit the immediately stepped up to take action. After all, they can't lose the most valuable person in the company. After all the work, he did to help them.

Rumi should've fix her attitude or just resign when she had the chance. Now she's getting fired, that's leaving a bad record on her name or honour. Japanese companies can't fire you unless you're a liability or damaging the company. Looking how she's act, it didn't take some rocket science to figure it out.

it's true that the protagonist is someone who doesn't speak much, but if he came to think that he was unnecessary for the company, it means that almost everyone took him too much for granted, not putting in the effort needed to make him feel well-liked. and necessary. As soon as the boss's daughter arrived she wanted to change places and everyone stayed there without reacting, accepting everything just because she was the CEO's daughter. The manager on that occasion should have reprimanded her by saying something like "I don't care if you like him or not. He's one of the best employees in here and he's also the backbone of the office. He just has a lot to learn from him. So sit where I told you without throwing too many tantrums and try to do your job well or you can leave and come back when your father returns and we can discuss everything in his office". And instead even the manager seemed to "fear" her. Maybe it would have been better if the CEO had his daughter start working when he was present or left someone competent to run the business. From everyone's reaction when they learned that the protagonist wanted to leave, we understand how important he really was for the company and all his colleagues. The CEO even returned early from a business trip... The manager apologized to him... his colleagues threatened to leave if he didn't stay... And we understand that the daughter was not the first time she caused problems for her father, we can understand it from the tone with which at the end he tells her "you are no longer a child".

If you have issues with your working place, you have to talk to HR first before decided to quit. Don't just assume that nothing will change even if you speak up. At least you make an effort, and if nothing change, it's better to just leave. Edit : All I'm saying is just don't give up and walk away before trying to voice your concerns. Yeah, there are some shitty HR out there, but that doesn't mean all of them are the same. If you don't speak up, the same thing might happen again in your new place, then what? If you change job too frequently, people going to see it as a 'you' problem instead of the company. Also, if you have solid proof, there's always an option of being a whistleblower and let human resources ministry (or some kind of HR office in government) to handle it.

I wish story would end it better with something like aftermath same like how the comments did. It kinda bugging me how after all she has done, we only “hear” that she got fired & *THAT’S* literally it. She didn’t even apologize to him, or at least made the CEO held her head & made her bow down to MC. Seriously, if that’s how annoying the writer made the antagonist, at least wrap it up better than just leaving with few sentences. Look at how some people on the comments did. People added the short story because the ending wasn’t that satisfying.

My thing is if the CEO is so nice then for how long has he turned a blind eye to his own daughter? My opinion is for those people raised in families that have decent money or are rich and run companies that they kick their kids out during college to work for themselves while going thru school so they get better perspective then just thinking everything other then school will be paid for so they can continue to act spoiled or thinking they are due their parents money. The real world is a great place to learn life lessons if parents are smart enough and do not spoil or turn a blind eye to their children.

It appears it was just to him, not sure about anyone else. Also he was on a business trip from the sounds of the video, even at the end he and the manager were like "We had no idea this was going on." His personality makes it so he doesnt say anything, only the coworker really knew, I am guessing no one else did. Its like when bullies pick on the quiet kid, no one finds out until the kid leaves.. or worse.. From the sounds of it after he was yelling at her at the end, if he was aware of it, he would have done something immediately. A lot of children like this are angels in front of their parents and devils in front of everyone else too. He probably had no idea.

Honestly, the CEO should consider to disown such the so-called "daughter"...or better, the *disgusting and rotten* creature. I feel bad for him that instead to have as daughter someone with the same his behavior, instead he was cursed with a disgusting FREAK that was literally closed to sent to bankrupt a whole company because of the rotten and selfish mind she had (not to mention the part in which she got mad because she got scolded...a disgusting creature until the end...). So yeah, I do hope that *FREAK* got disowned for good in the afterstory...because it's just horrible to see such good man as the CEO having as daughter a *PARASYTE* that only cares about herself only and that looks down on others at random...
