Wow, good thing she doesnt have Postrual Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome like me, no seriously never let head go below heart when you have Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. When sick its difficult enough with weak immune system and body, but head below heart can make things worse i.e passing out i.e heart stopping and blood flow disruption...... walking =zombie and falling, get back up falling and repeat BRB is common with the condition and harder with cordination when sick. So glad the character doesn't have that with him carrying her like that as he'd have to get her to ER for making her heart stop depending on how long she's carried like that.
