@marymoscinski4946 True, but to be fair, people will stare, point, and whisper at someone they find attractive. That is human nature, sadly. I mentioned China because that is where the majority, if not all, of these short dramas are filmed. It is in these shorts, you most often see it. However, I seen it in a few dramas aired on TV, but only from China. I have not seen a drama from anywhere else, where a lead character is so openly mocked and bullied for having a birthmark. Maybe I just haven't come across them, but that says a lot, seeing how I am disabled, and my primary source of entertainment is watching dramas.

FL starts out a fool but thankfully lasts a very short period of time before she's normal. ML gradually learns that he loves her after a forced marriage. SFL doesn't stick around long thankfully, but she eats up the last few minutes of the drama when it should have been more about the leads developing.

The actress that plays The evil 2fl should resist from playing those roles. I do not like her - she always plays violent evil mistresses so when I saw her in a recent drama playing the victim I didn't have any sympathy for her. Why do they always have scripts that have the same plot with the ml falling for the evil ones without proper in nvestigations?. I dislike those kinds .
