Good excercise. Ive been praying to my Lord Jesus Christ to help me get healthy. I already lost 75 pounds. Ive hit a wall for like 3 years and then after I have been praying my Lord brought me to this site. Because I like dancing and I havent for awhile he thought this would be the one for me.
